Flexible working hours; see below Casual office work attire Daily training through email correspondence Part-Time Apartment Manager Needed in Wickenburg, Arizona; Monday-Friday flexible set hours between 8 am and 5 pm.
NO PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Just a good knowledge of office work and computer experience! Applicant must be a self-starter with excellent computer skills and communication.
Must be able to shift gears and willing to tackle many tasks.
Looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Collect rent on time.
Processing Applications.
Communicate effectively with residents.
Oversee maintenance.
Enforce Property Rules and Regulations.
Ensure all paperwork is in place.
Assist maintenance with cleaning vacant units.

Qualifications:
Must have good Computer Skills Have Office Experience (3 year minimum) Bookkeeping (rents and deposits) Ability to follow instructions Ability to multitask and prioritize Attention to Detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to pass Assessment Tests Work 22 hours per week Monday through Friday.
Monthly Salary = $1,675.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
